Review Our Ultrasound Policies
Our ultrasound services provide unparalleled clarity and detail, ensuring that you get the best possible images and videos of your unborn child. In order to ensure that we provide the best service to customers with one-on-one attention, we have a strict no-show and cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, we charge a $25 fee. If you do not show up for your appointment at all with no notice, we will charge you 100% of the service or package total.
We also have a generous rescan policy. We know that many of our customers are interested in gender determination. While we have advanced imaging abilities, babies are not always cooperative during the ultrasound time. That's why we offer free rescans Mondays through Thursdays, from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. You can return any time during that window within one week of your initial appointment for a second peek. Hopefully, your baby will be more cooperative the second time around!

We offer 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound services. 2D ultrasounds provide flat, two-dimensional imaging. 3D allows you to see your baby more completely, and 4D lets you see your baby's movement in utero.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule your time.
What are rescans for?
We offer rescans if we are unable to determine the gender at your first appointment. Babies can be quite active and uncooperative in the womb. It's not always possible to see the gender during the scan. If we can't, we will do a free second scan within one week of your initial appointment.
